Orders will generally be processed within one (1) business day after credit card authorization. Business days are Monday through Friday

Unless otherwise requested, shipping is made via the most economical method possible including USPS, UPS, FedEx Express, or FedEx Ground.
Shipping cost for all orders less than $50 (before tax and shipping) is $5, for product cost totaling $50.01-$499.99 shipping is $10. Shipping for orders over $500 is free.
Shipping costs for any other timeframes, including next day, 2 day, or other shipping options, will be paid for by the recipient at the requested carrier’s then current rates which vary based on total weight and final destination. The originating zip code is 75024.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via UPS.
Rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.

You may return any item purchased from The WJ Sonnier, LLC for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of unopened items in the original form of payment. Opened items are only available for merchandise credit.
